Fred was great to deal with! Got right back to me after I left a message. He was very professional and explained the process. He was out to my house within a couple days and got me an estimate within a couple hours. The estimate was very fair and we booked the job with him. His technicians were there within a few days.
I had two bathrooms whose tile floors, walls and shower/tub were installed in 1958 when the house was built. You can imagine how they looked before, but the grout, and the tiles looked absolutely stunning! These rooms haven't looked so good since 1958! They saw that we were also looking to get an original stone floor with old, yellowed varathane, cleaned up and restored somewhat. They thought they could probably get it done and gave me a quote that was a fraction of another quote I had gotten.
It took Joe and Tom multiple applications of stripper, but My siblings were stunned at how the colors had been brought back to life and absolutely make the room "pop!" The technicians were very professional and diligent in their work to restore these 3 rooms! I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them again in the future!

Late in the spring I contacted Fred at Sir Grout because the 20 year old tile floor in my kitchen, dining room, powder room and laundry area was unsightly and I wanted to see if Sir Grout could provide a remedy. Fred promptly came to explain the processes involved and to answer my questions and he quickly provided a competitive estimate.
He was efficient in making arrangements for Joe to perform the work. Joe did a fantastic job cleaning the tiles and color sealing the grout lines and I was pleased to find that the floors were restored to their original beauty. I highly recommend Sir Grout services! Sir Grout did an excellent job on our shower, tub and tile floor! Fred was excellent. He came to the house to give us an estimate for what we wanted to do and took the time to talk us through all of the options. And then Joe was great as well, cleaning the tile in the shower, around the tub and on the floor and then sealing the grout and caulking where necessary. Thank you guys it all looks great!

Very pleased with the outcome of cleaning/sealing of tub/grout as well as re-caulking the shower stall. Tech arrived on time and completed work as expected. He reviewed what he did and suggested what we should use to clean the shower stall ourselves going forward.
A refreshing change. Tired of service calls that solve one problem and leave another. Sir Grout is nothing like that. I was told that the shower stall could be refreshed and look like new.
